Today is day 2 of my quest to get a little more healthy.  I have not had sweets or caffeine, or pop.  That is big for me, but what’s bigger is the fact that I want to lose weight and feel better before our summer missions trips.   So I have a goal of June, but really, I am working on changing my lifestyle.

This lifestyle change makes it not a diet, but a way of life, the way I will eat.  Getting rid of some of the bad stuff and bad chemicals I put into my body will only help me feel better.
