The Cincinnati Reds are having their best year in a LONG time.  They have a (as of today) 72W 52L record and they are 3 1/2 games in first place in their division.  What makes me wonder, though, is people are calling in and talking about how bad a job their manager Dusty Baker is doing.  How can the guy be making bad decisions, or doing a bad job with the record they have?

Wake up people!  It seems that since our team is actually doing well, that they are in need of something else to gripe about, but i’m not sure how you can gripe about that.  It seems that expectations and job performance are unrelated issues, and that seems kinda backwards to me.

How is one supposed to know how to do their job when views of their performance are based on craziness and always wanting more, especially when they are almost at the top of their field?  Good question huh?
